One Drink Recipe that Flushes Fat Away by Dr. Oz




Water is essential liquid to body proper function. It hydrates your body, eliminates the excess waste and helps the fat-burning process in the body. Therefore, this fat flush water is more than efficient in melting the extra pounds.




Ingredients:

.1 fresh cucumber, peeled and cut into slices
.1 teaspoon grated ginger root
.1 lemon, also cut into slices
.2 fresh orange
.8 cups water
.12 mint leaves


Method of preparation:

 1.Grate the ginger root, prepare the teaspoon, peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.  The lemon should also be cut into thin slices.

 2.Mix all the ingredients and put them in a glass container. Leave them overnight so that  the ingredients can release some aroma.


Drink the resulting mixture the next morning. For best results, consume the mixture regularly, on daily basis. This drink is extremely effective in melting the fats accumulated in your body so you don`t have to do a lot of physical activities.
